I’ve been going to the free yoga classes offered by Lululemon at their stores for years and I love these summer classes.
I went to today’s class, August 6th, 2014. Here’s a view approaching the area. You can see the Olympic Flame Cauldron in the background. It was another beautiful sunny day with a few clouds.
There were hundreds of yogis today, probably as many as there were last week.
Here are some views of today’s instructor, Suzanne! This is her second year of nooner yoga! She teaches at One Yoga. You can see the beautiful mountain and oceans behind her.
Here are some photos of her assistant, demonstrating all of the poses to perfection.
Today, somebody from Joy TV was filming and interviewing people for a segment about Nooner Yoga. He even managed to do a few poses himself before getting back to filming.
Here are some photos of the class. You can see the olympic flame cauldron in the back of some of the photos.
Some more yoga.
Here are some of the last poses.
Here was my favorite at the class. This gorgeous dog was very well behaved and content to lie back. Downward dog, anyone?
They had Whistler bottled water for us again! This so great to have after a class!
This was really great! Thanks very much to Lululemon for offering this special summer nooner classes! I’ll definitely return to take classes from those star yoga instructors!
